teridawnI'm reading te... again. And a thought starts to annoy me; as thoughts are wont to do...
how many fandoms have you floated through? Do you stay until your fascination with a particular show/film wanes; until ratings drop; or do you reach a measurable burnout time when the fic just won't (heh) come anymore? (Like... looking back you realize you've only ever written in a fandom for three months before moving on.) Is it reading or watching that pulls you into a fandom (or something else)? What's the longest/shortest time you've spent writing in a fandom? Do you make yourself hot in every fandom (i.e.; write something that makes your own eyeballs roll up--metaphorically speaking, or course), or was/is there a particular fandom you were hottest in? Do people generally follow you from fandom to fandom, or are you starting over at ground zero with each switch? Are you like Seinfeld, and leave while your hot? Do readers bitch at you for not writing in 'their' fandom anymore? (seriously, I just know that has to happen). Oh, and, links will not be frowned upon.
